FAQ

  • By providing a valid credit card, you authorize Noble Event Rentals, LLC to charge for deposits (30% non-refundable), the final balance, applicable taxes, delivery/setup fees, and costs related to damages or missing items. Final charges will be processed on the due date or as agreed upon in writing. 

  • No, Noble Event Rentals, LLC no longer allows customer pickups. All equipment must be delivered by our staff.

  • Cancellations must be made in writing. If you cancel more than 3 days before the event, you will receive a refund minus a 30% non-refundable deposit. No refunds are issued for cancellations made 3 days or fewer prior to the event, except in cases of force majeure.

  • The optional Damage Waiver helps mitigate costs associated with accidental damage to rental items. It covers accidental damage (excluding normal wear) but does not cover intentional damage, theft, or damages due to misuse.

  • Yes, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date and equipment. This deposit is non-refundable in cases of cancellation or no-show.

  • If items are not returned by the agreed-upon time, late charges may apply. Noble Event Rentals, LLC reserves the right to reclaim rented equipment that is overdue. A grace period may be applied at their discretion.

  • Yes, you can opt out of photo usage by submitting a written request to Noble Event Rentals, LLC before the event. In this case, the company will avoid publishing images prominently featuring you or your event participants.

  • You must report any damage to Noble Event Rentals, LLC staff immediately. If you have purchased the Damage Waiver, eligible damages will be handled according to the waiver terms. Otherwise, you may be responsible for repair or replacement costs.

  • In cases of inclement weather, Noble Event Rentals, LLC will coordinate an alternative date or offer credit toward a future rental, subject to availability. All changes will be confirmed in writing.

  • You must mark the locations of underground utilities prior to delivery and setup to ensure safety. This includes coordinating marking activities and providing access to the site.
